Casa Modena Cacciatore Sliced Salami DOP

This salami is used as a snack that hunters carried in their backpacks or during hunting battles, so it had to be very nutritious and made with healthy ingredients. And today Casa Modena respects this tradition when it rigorously produces a Dop product, or rather certified in compliance with the strict rules provided by law: only national pork meat is used, checking the additives and each phase of processing.
