Brutaria Bardar is located 20 km from Chisinau, in the heart of the village of Bardar. We are located in a picturesque area, known among other things, for the beauty of the tulip fields and the magic of the lake with water lilies. A place with old rural traditions that inspire us to create wonderful artisanal products, especially the "Poale-n brau" pies.
Thus, in almost 20 years of bakery, we have managed to combine traditional recipes with modern technology for preparing and preserving products. A good part of the production process is manual because this is the only way we can give our products the traditional shape and taste.
