It is perfect for a healthy pizza, being cooked with oregano, organic tomatoes and extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. The tomatoes are grown in the southwest of France, harvested in the most suitable season and cooked in the following hours, immediately after harvesting.
To prepare a quality pizza, spread a layer of Prosain sauce on the fresh pizza dough, garnish with Parmesan and your favorite ingredients, then add the preparation to the oven.
Store in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
