Branzica de Casa from Covalact de Tara is a fresh Cottage Cheese type cheese, made according to a proprietary recipe from a mixture of fresh cow's milk cheese bulgarians and sweet, unfermented, liquid cream (like the one for whipped cream). This gives the product a pleasant taste, less sour than other similar products on the market, being very much appreciated and well accepted even by children. Branzica de casa Usoara with only 2% fat is the ideal snack for those on a diet, being a nutritious product due to its high protein content, but also light because it contains only 2% fat.

About the producer

Covalact is one of the largest dairy producers in Romania with a tradition of over 40 years in the manufacture of dairy products.
