Description
The most well-known mushroom, agaricus bisporus. It is cultivated in a growing room equipped with equipment that ensures growth parameters: heat, humidity, CO2, ventilation. Both fresh wild mushrooms and cultivated mushrooms must have a firm consistency, be well cleaned, without foreign matter and impurities. Mushrooms should not be wilted, moldy or excessively moist. It is not recommended to peel the caps, but only the stems.
