Composition

The active substance is dehydrocholic acid. One tablet contains 250 mg dehydrocholic acid. The other components are: povidone K30, stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, corn starch, talc, crospovidone.

Therapeutic indications

Fiobilin contains an active substance called dehydrocholic acid and belongs to the group of medicines called bile acid preparations.

It is recommended in the following conditions:

• Chronic cholecystitis – inflammatory condition of the gallbladder
• Biliary dyskinesia – disorder of gallbladder function
• Chronic constipation of hepatic origin
• Migraines and convalescence after acute hepatitis A (epidemic).

Contraindications/Warnings

In particular, tell your doctor if you are taking:

• Diuretics – medicines used to eliminate excess water from the body
• Antihypertensives – medicines used to lower high blood pressure
• Laxatives – medicines used for the treatment of constipation.

Dosage and administration
