Composition

Faringosept Lemon 10 mg lozenges is an antiseptic medicine and belongs to the group of medicines for the oro-pharyngeal area.
Faringosept Lemon 10 mg is used in adults, adolescents and children over 14 years of age as an adjuvant in acute infections with entry point or localization in the oral cavity and pharynx: gingivitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and after tonsillectomy (surgical removal of tonsils).

Contraindications/Warnings
Before using Faringosept Lemon 10 mg, consult your doctor or pharmacist. It is recommended that patients with diabetes mellitus avoid using this medicine due to its sugar content. The energy value of sugar is similar to that of lactose: 3.94 kcal/gram (16.5 kJ/gram).
Dosage and administration

The usual dose is 3 - 5 Faringosept Lemon 10 mg tablets (30 - 50 mg ambazone) per day, for 3 - 4

Faringosept Lemon 10 mg is administered immediately after meals (15-30 minutes); it is recommended to avoid consuming food or liquids for 2-3 hours after administration.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor immediately.
Use in children and adolescents
The recommended dose for children and adolescents aged 14-18 years is 1 Faringosept Lemon 10 mg tablet 3 times a day (30 mg ambazone), for 3-4 days.
