Stage cereals:

First Tastes (6m+) When you first start weaning, choose simple flavours and smooth textures. Like our single grain rice or Stage 1 cereals, all with a light and fluffy texture.

Exploring New Textures (7m+) When baby is ready to move on, try our Stage 2 cereals. They have a variety of crunchy clusters and soft pieces of real organic fruit for little ones to explore and enjoy.

Lumpy Textures (10m+) As your little one’s food adventures continue, you can introduce lumpier textures. With rolled oats, fruit pieces and puffed grains, they’re a great way for little mouths to practise chewing.

Store in a cool, dry place

1. Put 3 heaped tablespoons of baby’s usual milk, cold or warmed, into a clean bowl.

2. Gradually add 1 level tablespoon of cereal, stirring continuously.

3. Stir until the mixture thickens. Use within 30 minutes of making.

If warming, always check the temperature before feeding. Instructions are a guide only. You may need to adjust the amount of milk and cereal to achieve the right consistency for your baby.
