Preparation recommendation

Fry in a little hot oil for 6-8 minutes, stirring continuously. Then, season and use according to the desired recipe. It is used in all preparations specific to classic minced meat: meatballs soup, Bolognese sauce, meatballs, sarmale, stuffed peppers, drob, kebap, etc. Consume only after thermal preparation.

About the producer

In 2019, Verdino appeared on the market, the first and only Romanian producer to offer a plant-based alternative to meat products using pea protein and coconut oil.
