Edenia Falafel

A traditional dish from Western Asia, with a long history: it is said to have existed for 1000 years, since the time of the Egyptians.

Edenia Falafel is cooked according to the most appreciated recipe originating in the Middle East: chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, sodium bicarbonate, flour and various spices. The result is an authentic falafel taste, which cannot be replicated at home.

Suitable for 2 servings.

The product should not be defrosted before preparation.

Edenia Falafel is prepared according to an original Lebanese recipe.

Cooking instructions:

Oven:

Place the frozen falafel pieces on a baking tray with baking paper and place the tray in the oven preheated to 160 ˚C, for 12-14 minutes. Turn them occasionally so that they brown evenly.

Deep fryer:

Preheat the oil to 175 ºC and fry the falafel for 3-4 minutes.

Pan:

Put the frozen falafel pieces in a pan with hot oil and fry them over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until they turn golden brown. Turn them occasionally so that they brown evenly.

Storage conditions:

– 6 °C for 2 days
– 12 °C for 2 weeks
– 18 °C until the date on the package
