The Benedek family founded their meat processing company in 2008, which began operating under the trade name Benedek. The company's activity in the food sector was exceptional, in 2012 moving to a location that housed a slaughterhouse in Gheorgheni since 1977. Our tasty Székely Flat products have been manufactured in this location ever since. In addition to pork products (including the Mangalica breed), poultry, horse meat, sheep, beef and game specialties are also available. Because it is very important for us to maintain the health of our consumers and their families, we only manufacture products without additives or preservatives, using the traditional method of cold smoking. We have always been attentive to meeting consumer expectations, complying with legal requirements, food safety regulations, hygiene and the environment, as well as the ethical and moral standards that constitute preconditions for a successful activity. Our company also guarantees consumer confidence through quality assurance systems and food safety standards used throughout Europe.
