Raspberries are one of the most delicious berries that bring benefits to both health and beauty. Edenia fruits contain 100% fruits that come from the best varieties. They are cleaned, washed, carefully sorted and quickly frozen, using the IQF method.
Cooking instructions
Depending on the desired recipe, the fruits can be used either frozen or thawed.
Thawing: place the frozen fruits on a plate and let them thaw at room temperature for about 2-3 hours. Alternatively, you can leave them to thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Storage conditions
– 6 °C for 3 days; – 12 °C for one month; – 18 °C until the date written on the package.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
