Verdino plant-based fillets are to everyone's liking, from the youngest to the most demanding gourmets. Season them with rice, salad or your favourite side dishes and enjoy a tasty and protein-rich lunch.
Cooking recommendations
Pan: put the product in a pan with hot oil and fry it over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning it over several times.
Oven: place the product on a baking tray lined with baking paper in an oven preheated to 200°C, with the top/bottom heating function and bake for 20 minutes.
Warnings: Do not refreeze after defrosting! Consume only after heat treatment!
