Edenia Ham & Mushroom Pizza

Ham, Edamer cheese, mozzarella, onion and mushrooms, all generously sprinkled on a fluffy and soft dough on the inside, but slightly crispy on the outside, covered with fresh tomato sauce.
This is the Edenia Ham & Mushrooms Pizza with a fluffy dough.

It does not require defrosting before preparation.

The dough is left to rise for a long time before baking, in order to obtain a soft, fluffy and airy core. The fresh tomato sauce is applied to the dough after baking so as not to penetrate the pores of the dough and keep it airy.

The Edenia Pizza is then sprinkled with a rich layer of various toppings, prepared from superior quality ingredients.
Edenia Pizza does not contain: dyes, flavor enhancers, artificial flavors or palm oil.

Recommended preparation:

Oven:

Preheat the oven: the electric one at 200 degrees Celsius, the gas one at level 3-4, and the fan-assisted one at 180 degrees Celsius. Remove the foil and place the frozen Edenia pizza in the center of the oven, on the grill and let it bake for 13-14 minutes.

The pizza is ready to serve if the cheese has melted well and the edge is brown and crispy.

If the pizza has thawed slightly during transport, we recommend reducing the baking time by approx. 3-4 minutes.

Storage conditions:

- 18 °C until the date on the package
- 12 °C for one month
- 6 °C for one week
