Verace Mozzarella di Bufala Pizza is baked with wood on a stone hearth and is prepared according to a classic recipe that perfectly combines the aroma of the sauce with the pulp of tomatoes and the taste of Mozzarella from buffalo milk with fragrant basil. The dough is matured for 24 hours to have an airy texture with large open pores in the ciabatta style. The center of the pizza is thin and crispy while the edge is high and fluffy. Preparation recommendation

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the foil and place the frozen pizza in the center of the oven, on the grill and let it bake for about 11 - 14 minutes. The pizza is ready to serve if the cheese has melted well and the edge is brown and crispy. Heat completely before consuming. Due to the different thermal efficiency of household ovens, the optimum baking time may vary.
If the pizza is already thawed, reduce the baking time.
