Description
Rinse 250g of rice thoroughly. Boil the rice in 500ml of water over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and cover the pot for another 10-15 minutes. Rinse the rice with cold water. Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar in 50ml of Bamboo Garden rice vinegar and mix with the rice.
