Premium Mango by air Passion

Mango Palmer by Air is a premium mango, larger than average in most cases (we currently have 4 kg boxes with 9 fruits/box), usually with a red color, some fruits being red-green, ripe when harvested (tree ripe) and quickly brought to Europe by plane. Probably among the best mango fruits you can find in Europe. It has a fine, non-fibrous texture, and sweet, aromatic, orange-colored pulp. A delight.

Mango trees are native to India. Meanwhile, however, they are planted and harvested in almost all tropical areas of the world, such as South and Central America, Southeast Asia, or Africa, where they are considered the "queen of fruits". Nevertheless, the main producer is by far India, with an annual production of almost 30,000,000 tons. Indonesia is in second place with almost 3,500,000 tons.

Mango is not only juicy and tastes good; its health value is certainly something to be proud of. It owes its good reputation to valuable nutrients, including vitamin C, fiber, polyphenols, and provitamin A from carotenoids. It not only strengthens the immune system but also supports healthy intestinal flora.

Usage:
Serve raw. Otherwise, they are often incorporated into ice cream, fruit mousse, yogurt, muesli, or cake. Of course, they cannot be missing from any truly good fruit salad.

Storage:
Mango should not be stored in the refrigerator, as it is a bit too cold for its tropical origin. Thus, prolonged cold can affect its taste, causing it to lose its aroma. Simply store at room temperature and place in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1-2 hours before consumption to chill the fruit and enjoy it refreshingly.
