- 120 g of almond milk
- 45 g of fine rolled oats
- 100 g of plain Greek yogurt
- 80 g of fresh mango
- 40 g of freeze-dried mango
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- fresh blueberries for serving

Place all ingredients (except blueberries for garnish) in a blender and mix until you get a fine and homogeneous mixture, with a consistency similar to a fluid batter. If the oatmeal seems too thin, add another tablespoon of rolled oats; if it's too thick, add a little more almond milk.

Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and leave it in the refrigerator overnight (or at least a few hours) for the flavors to meld. Before serving, decorate with fresh blueberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, or any other fruits you prefer.
Chef's tip
For extra texture, you can add a few pieces of fresh mango on top just before serving.
