In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with chia seeds and honey. Stir well to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the pulp into small cubes or thin slices. Optionally, you can blend a part of the mango to obtain a fine puree.

Distribute the yogurt mixture into glasses or jars, add the mango pieces on top, and decorate with fresh mint leaves and coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
Chef's tip
For optimal texture, leave the pudding in the refrigerator overnight. If the mango is not very ripe, you can add a little more honey.
