- 70 g fresh kale
- 70 g fresh spinach
- 150 g fresh mango
- 150 g fresh pineapple
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 2 pcs green kiwi
Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly. For kale, remove the tough stems and cut the leaves into smaller pieces.
Peel the mango, kiwi, and ginger. Cut the fruits into pieces suitable for your blender. If you are using a powerful upright blender, it is sufficient to cut the fruits in half. Cut the ginger into a few small pieces.
Place the green leaves, fruits, chopped ginger, and 250 ml of water (approximately one cup) into the blender. Blend everything until the smoothie is perfectly smooth and homogeneous. If you don't have an upright blender, you can use an immersion blender; the process will take a little longer, but the result will be the same.
Chef's tip
If you are not a fan of kale, you can replace it with the same amount of fresh spinach.
