In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with chia seeds and honey. Stir the mixture well so that the seeds are evenly distributed.

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the pulp into small cubes or thin slices. If you prefer a finer texture, you can turn part of the mango into a puree using a blender.

Divide the yogurt mixture into small glasses or jars. Add the mango pieces on top, decorate with fresh mint leaves, and sprinkle with coarsely chopped hazelnuts.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can add a dash of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture.
