Un mic dejun răcoritor și plin de energie, perfect pentru diminețile ocupate. Combinația de iaurt grecesc cremos, semințe de chia hrănitoare și mango dulce transformă această gustare întrun deliciu sănătos.
Preparation method
In a spacious bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the chia seeds and honey. Blend the mixture well so that the seeds are evenly distributed.
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small cubes or thin slices. Optionally, you can blend a portion of the mango to obtain a smooth puree.
Divide the yogurt mixture into small glasses or jars. Add the mango pieces on top, decorate with fresh mint leaves, and sprinkle with the coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
