Edenia Pea Puree

Boiled, mashed and frozen peas in the form of pellets, easy to use in any recipe in just a few minutes, on the stove or in the microwave. 

Preparation suggestions

Mashed: 
Pot: put the pea pellets in a suitable pot, over medium heat and stir continuously until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, butter or olive oil.
Preparation time: for 200 g (1 serving) – 4 minutes / for 400 g (2 servings) – 9 minutes.
Microwave: put the pea pellets in a heat-resistant container with a lid and put it in the microwave at 900 W. Finally, stir and season to taste with salt, pepper, butter or olive oil.
Preparation time: for 200 g (1 serving) – 4 minutes / for 400 g (2 servings) – 7 minutes.

Cream soup:
Pot: put the pea pellets in a suitable pot and add 50 ml of water for every 100 g of pea pellets. Heat over medium heat and stir continuously until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, butter or olive oil. 
Preparation time: for 200 g (1 serving) – 4 minutes / for 400 g (2 servings) – 9 minutes.
Microwave: put the pea pellets in a heat-resistant container with a lid and add 50 ml of water for every 100 g of pea pellets. Put the container in the microwave, at 900 W for 3 minutes, then stir and heat for another 2 minutes. Finally, stir and season to taste with salt, pepper, butter or olive oil.  

Do not defrost the product before preparation!

Do not refreeze after defrosting!

5-7⁰C maximum 24 hours; -18⁰C until the date on the package.
