Edenia Frozen Yellow Beans

Yellow beans, due to their special colour, stand out very well in any dish in which they are used.

The tender texture and special aroma that characterise this assortment make it one of the favourite ingredients of recipes everywhere.

Do not defrost before cooking.

Edenia vegetables are cleaned, carefully sorted and quickly frozen a few hours after harvesting, thus considerably reducing the loss of vitamins and nutrients.

Cooking instructions:

Pot:

In a pot with boiling water add the frozen Edenia yellow beans and leave on medium heat for 6-8 minutes after the water has boiled again. 

Pan:

In a hot pan add the frozen Edenia yellow beans and stir regularly, on medium heat, for 5-7 minutes.
Microwave:

Remove the frozen Edenia yellow beans from the bag and put them in a heat-resistant container with a lid, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and put the container in the microwave oven at 850 W. Heat for 3-4 minutes, stop the oven to stir and heat again for another 3-4 minutes. After removing the container from the microwave oven, wait 1 minute before removing the lid. Stir before serving.
