Lecker's organic yeast transforms every dough into a delicious pleasure.
Ingredients: 100% organic yeast. EU agriculture
Preparation: mix the yeast well with the flour (do not dissolve directly in liquid!) and process with other ingredients, depending on the recipe. After preparation and before baking, let the dough rise in a warm place.
Sufficient for 500 g of flour, equivalent to half a cube of fresh yeast.
Important: protect from heat during storage!
