About the producer

Giovanni Mutti (1805-1894) is a farmer who used the sidereal system long before his time, which is still used today in exological agriculture. This allowed the soil to regain its nutrients, while reducing the need for natural and chemical fertilizers. Crop rotation is an essential practice in agriculture, even today, demonstrating that old rural traditions are still the secret behind growing the best tomatoes.
