Bogdan Georgescu is the Romanian National Champion and World Vice-Champion in Coffee Roasting.
He is responsible for developing the roasting profiles to reveal the unique aromas and notes of each green coffee that captures his attention.
He is a perfectionist, therefore, he tests each batch of coffee with several roasting profiles for quality consistency.
Then he cups to identify and highlight the developed notes.
 

Consumption recommendations

Roasted Omni roast. Can be used for any preparation method.

Consume within 1 year from the roasting date. (see packaging).
