Alce Nero organic durum wheat spaghetti is made only from organic durum wheat grown in Italy.
The semolina dough is prepared with spring water from the Trentino Alps.
It never overcooks and is perfect served with simple, tomato-based sauces.

About the producer
Alce Nero was born in the 1970s, when two groups of young farmers and beekeepers decided that it was time for a change, a change that would lead to changes worldwide and that would be more than an end in itself.
Thus began a story of responsibility and innovation, a story that did not remain singular, but acted as a bridge between many such stories, each with its own identity. Eventually, these stories came together in a single voice.
This voice is today a very strong one in the adventure of farming organically and at the heart of its mission is respect for the consumer, products, food, healthy nutrition and, last but not least, love for nature.
