Medium-intense roasting. We have developed a roasting profile dedicated especially to coffee for capsules. We aimed to develop the coffee more to highlight the fruity and chocolate notes. Thus, you enjoy a uniform, delicious taste experience. 
We have chosen the grind that allows for a balance in taste: high sweetness, pleasant medium acidity. 

Ideal quantity. We have chosen the quantity of 6.1 grams to obtain a creamy texture and to create a delicate tasting experience. 
It will impress you with high sweetness, medium acidity and a low bitter taste. It will remind you of divine notes such as pineapple, berries and chocolate.

Since 1821, when the local government began to promote coffee production, farmers in Costa Rica have used micro-processing stations developed in the country to fully control the quality of each coffee bean produced. 
This Brewzeus batch comes from Los Manzanos, Tarrazu region (1,700m altitude) – one of the most popular areas in Costa Rica. On his visit in 2017, Mihai was impressed by the work and talent of Esteban Zamora, the Los Manzanos farmer. Since then, they have developed a special friendship around coffee! Continuing the family tradition, Esteban works together with his brothers and cousins to grow and process quality coffees with unique and complex taste profiles. 

The rumors are true! Brewzeus really has divine origins!

Preparation recommendation
Recipes to easily prepare this coffee:

WATER
Use filtered water or water with low mineral content.

Preheat the cup before use
CAPSULE
Shake your Brewzeus capsules before use
EXTRACTION
We recommend a shorter extraction. Go for 20ml, instead of the standard 40ml setting. 
MACHINES
The capsules can be used on all new Nespresso® Original & Morning machines
