Use
We should have sauerkraut on our plates at least once a week. We can use it as a traditional garnish to fry pork or poultry or to cook soup from it. Sauerkraut is excellent in combination with potatoes, also cabbage salads are a very common garnish.
Storage:
Store between 1°C and 8°C. Possible swelling of the package is not a problem, on the contrary, it presents live lactic acid bacteria.
