Cut the beef into cubes of approximately 2 cm. In a large bowl, mix the meat with 30g of flour, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Peel the garlic and onion, then chop them finely.

In a large pot, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 7-8 minutes until golden.

For an even richer sauce, you can add a splash of dry red wine while sautéing the meat.
