Ingredients
- 4 pieces of chicken breast with skin (supreme)
- 6 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2Generously season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3In a spacious pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Place the meat in the pan skin-side down and fry for about 4 minutes until golden and crispy. While frying, gently press the meat with a spatula for even cooking of the skin.
- 4Reduce the heat to medium, flip the meat, and fry for another 3 minutes until browned. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and place it in the oven for another 8 minutes.
- 5Remove the meat from the oven, place it on a cutting board, and let it rest for 6 minutes. Slice it and serve immediately.
