Preparation recommendation
Pot: put the pumpkin pellets in a suitable pot, over medium heat and stir continuously until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, butter or olive oil.
Preparation time: for 200 g (1 portion) – 4 minutes / for 400 g (2 portions) – 9 minutes.
Microwave: put the pumpkin pellets in a heat-resistant container with a lid and put it in the microwave at 900 W. Finally, mix and season to taste with salt, pepper, butter or olive oil.
Preparation time: for 200 g (1 portion) – 4 minutes / for 400 g (2 portions) – 7 minutes.

Pot: put the pumpkin pellets in a suitable pot and add 50 ml of water for every 100 g of pumpkin pellets. Heat over medium heat and stir continuously until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, butter or olive oil.
Preparation time: for 200 g (1 portion) – 4 minutes / for 400 g (2 portions) – 9 minutes.
Microwave: put the pumpkin pellets in a heat-resistant container with a lid and add 50 ml of water for every 100 g of pumpkin pellets. Put the container in the microwave, at 900 W for 3 minutes, then stir and heat for another 2 minutes. Finally, mix and season to taste with salt, pepper, butter or olive oil.
Storage conditions
