Preparing the Bacon and Buns
Preheat the oven to 200°C (or 180°C with fan assistance).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the bacon slices. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and place a second tray on top to press the bacon. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the top tray and the top paper. Bake the bacon for another 3-5 minutes until golden and very crispy.
Chef's tip
Twist the noodles before placing them in the bun to prevent the bread from getting too soggy from the sauce.
Do not press the buns too hard when cutting them, to maintain their fluffy shape.
