Preparing the meatballs
First, finely chop the bread in a blender until you get small crumbs. Place them in a large bowl, pour the cream over them, and let them soak well. Finely chop one medium onion and crush the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the bowl, along with the minced meat, grated Parmesan, basil, oregano, and finely chopped parsley.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Knead the mixture in the bowl with your hands, season with salt and pepper to taste, and form 20–25 meatballs. Place the meatballs on the tray and bake them for 15 minutes at 200–210 °C.
Chef's tip
Serve the meatballs with al dente spaghetti or a portion of fluffy rice. An extra sprinkle of grated Parmesan on top will perfectly complete the experience!
