PREPARING THE CROUTONS

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Cut the rolls into cubes of approximately 1 cm. Place them on a baking tray, add 80 g of the total amount of butter, and put the tray into the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, until the croutons turn golden and crispy. Stir occasionally.

PREPARING THE SOUP

Cut the cooked chicken meat into cubes of approximately 1.5 cm.

Chef's tip

For an even richer taste, use leftover chicken meat from boiling the soup. The croutons can also be flavored with a little garlic powder before putting them in the oven.
