Preparation method

Prepare a blender and put the beans from one can (including the liquid) into it, add the chicken broth, and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Drain the beans from the second can.

In a pot, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until lightly golden.

Chef's tip

For an even finer texture, you can pass the soup through a sieve after boiling.
