SKEWER PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, preferably using the grill function. In a large bowl, mix the minced turkey meat with turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, one teaspoon of salt (or to taste), and black pepper. Add chili flakes according to preference. Finely chop half of the red onion and half of the chives and add them to the mixture. Mix everything very well until homogenized.
From the meat mixture, form small cylinders (like small sausages) and thread them onto wooden skewers. In a hot pan with sunflower oil, quickly brown the skewers on all sides to seal in the juices. Then transfer them to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake them in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
SAUCE PREPARATION AND SERVING
While the meat is in the oven, prepare the yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lime juice, the remaining finely chopped chives, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
