Preparation method

Cut 250 g of fish fillets or shrimp into suitable cubes. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a spacious pan and fry the fish or shrimp until golden.

Add the Goan fish curry sauce over the fish and let everything simmer over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until the fish is well cooked and the flavors have melded.

Towards the end, incorporate the coconut milk for an extra creamy texture and let it come to a short boil.
