Miil Edam, natural and whole cheese in slices, 45% fat in dry matter. It is a semi-hard, matured cheese, known for its intense aroma. Approximately 10 liters of milk are used to produce 1 kg of this delicious cheese, and the cheese is matured in 100 kg blocks.
Edam is produced in the Czech Republic from milk, most of which comes from the Pošumaví region. Packed in a modified atmosphere.
Fat content in dry matter min. 45%. Dry matter content min. 55%. This product is naturally lactose-free. Lactose content is less than 0.01 g/100 g.
Usage
Edam can be enjoyed on a cheese platter, accompanied by fresh baguette and fruit. It can also be used in hot dishes.
