Prepare a blender. Put the beans from one can (including the liquid) into it, add the chicken broth, and blend until you get a smooth mixture.

Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Drain the beans from the second can.
Cooking the soup

In a pot, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until lightly golden and fragrant.
Chef's tip
For an even finer texture, you can strain the soup through a sieve after boiling.
If you want a vegetarian option, replace the chicken broth with vegetable broth.
