- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons polyfloral honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Tarragon
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
- 1Mix mustard with honey, olive oil, crushed or chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Add a handful of chopped herbs (either a single type or a mix of rosemary, thyme, and tarragon).
- 2Add beef or pork to this mixture and let it marinate until the next day.
