  • 2 tablespoons polyfloral honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Tarragon
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

    Mix mustard with honey, olive oil, crushed or chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Add a handful of chopped herbs (either a single type or a mix of rosemary, thyme, and tarragon).

    Add beef or pork to this mixture and let it marinate until the next day.
