O salată de paste proaspătă și cremoasă, inspirată de aromele clasice italiene. Combinația de mozzarella fină, roșii cherry dulci și busuioc proaspăt este completată perfect de un sos delicat de smântână și maioneză. O alegere ideală pentru un prânz rapid sau o cină ușoară de vară.

Preparation method

In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil for the pasta. Meanwhile, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and coarsely chop the basil leaves. Place them all in a spacious bowl.

When the water starts to boil, add salt and pasta. Cook according to package instructions (approximately 10–13 minutes) over medium heat, until al dente.

Once cooked, drain the pasta, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process, and add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Add mayonnaise, fermented cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well and leave the salad in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil or a little balsamic vinegar before serving.
