O salată de vară vibrantă și plină de prospețime, care îmbină perfect dulceața căpșunilor cu gustul sărat al brânzei feta și cremozitatea fructului de avocado. Nucile pecan adaugă o notă crocantă, iar dressingul fin cu miere și oțet de vin roșu completează armonios acest mix sănătos. Ideală pentru un prânz ușor sau o cină rapidă în zilele însorite.

- 200 g of mixed green salad
- 100 g of radishes
- 10 pcs of fresh strawberries
- 1/2 pc of ready-to-eat avocado
- 10 pcs of red cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of Feta cheese
- 20 g of pecan nuts
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of polyfloral honey
- 1 pinch of iodized table salt
Ingredient Preparation
Wash and thoroughly dry the vegetables and fruits. Slice the radishes thinly, and quarter the strawberries and cherry tomatoes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, then dice the flesh. Cut the feta cheese into cubes or crumble it by hand into smaller pieces. Chop the pecan nuts into smaller pieces.
Salad Assembly
In a large bowl, combine the mixed green salad with the prepared vegetables, strawberries, and some of the feta cheese. Prepare the dressing by thoroughly mixing the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently. Distribute the salad into individual bowls and sprinkle the remaining feta cheese and pecan nuts on top. Serve immediately.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can lightly toast the pecan nuts in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes before adding them to the salad.
