O explozie de prospețime și arome mediteraneene, Salata Niçoise este un clasic al bucătăriei franceze. Această variantă nutritivă combină tonul suculent, ouăle fierte, cartofii noi și păstăile de fasole verde, totul fiind legat de un dressing fin de muștar Dijon și oțet de vin roșu. Este prânzul perfect, ușor și sățios în același timp.

Preparing the main ingredients
Start by boiling the potatoes: wash them thoroughly with a brush under running water (but do not peel them), then place them in a small pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into quarters and the Little Gem lettuce into smaller pieces. When the water in the pot begins to boil, add some salt, reduce the heat to medium, cover with a lid, and boil the potatoes for 14-15 minutes.
While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the eggs: place them in a small pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, and boil for 7-8 minutes over medium-high heat. After boiling, cool the eggs immediately in cold water.
Approximately 2 minutes before the potatoes are done, add the green beans to the same pot. When the potatoes and beans are cooked, drain them and cool them under cold running water. Then, cut each boiled potato in half.
