Preparing the Crispy Tofu

Cut the tofu lengthwise and tear it into pieces or cut it into cubes. Dry it thoroughly with a paper towel to absorb excess liquid, then sprinkle cornstarch over it. Mix well so that all pieces are evenly coated. Heat one teaspoon of sesame oil in a pan and fry the tofu until crispy on all sides.

In a small bowl, mix one tablespoon of gochujang paste, one tablespoon of soy sauce, and one tablespoon of maple syrup. Add the fried tofu to this mixture and mix well to glaze all pieces.

Preparing the Ramen Soup and Serving

Peel the garlic and ginger and chop them finely. In a pot, heat the remaining sesame oil (2 teaspoons) and sauté the garlic and ginger.
