Preparing the Salmon

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place the salmon fillet on the tray, drizzle with the juice from half an orange, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10–12 minutes at 190 °C until the fish is cooked through.
Preparing the Couscous Salad

Meanwhile, prepare the couscous: place it in a medium bowl, add the chili flakes, grated orange zest and the remaining juice, salt, and pepper. Pour boiling water over it, cover the bowl, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can add fresh mint or chopped parsley to the couscous salad.
