Preparation method

Start by finely chopping the onion and garlic. In a medium-sized pot, heat the rapeseed oil over low to medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent (about 4 minutes).

Add the chopped garlic and sauté for another 1 minute to release its aroma.

Add the frozen peas to the pot, pour the vegetable broth over them, and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 15 minutes over low to medium heat.

Chef's tip

For extra texture, you can serve the soup with crispy croutons or some roasted pumpkin seeds.
