O salată de cartofi caldă și sățioasă, perfectă pentru prânz sau cină. Combinația de bacon crocant, brânză cheddar topită și cartofi rumeniți în unt oferă un gust reconfortant și modern. O rețetă simplă, gata în doar 45 de minute, care va deveni rapid preferata familiei.

Potato preparation

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until soft. After they are cooked, drain the water and cut the potatoes into thicker slices.

In a spacious pan, melt the butter and add the potato slices. Fry them on both sides until golden and crispy.

Bacon preparation and assembly

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it in a separate pan until crispy and golden. Remove the bacon onto a paper towel to drain excess fat.

Chef's tip

For extra freshness, you can add finely chopped green onions or fresh parsley at the end.

If you want a lighter version, you can replace part of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
