Preparation method

Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove the seeds. Place the watermelon pieces in a blender.

Add the freshly squeezed juice from half a lime and the maple syrup, then blend until you get a smooth puree.

Pour the watermelon puree into a pitcher or large glasses filled with ice cubes, add the chilled rosé wine and stir gently.
Chef's tip
You can freeze the watermelon cubes in advance for an extra cold and refreshing spritz without needing much ice.
